You can request this service by scanning the QR code available in your room through the hotel app. Privilege guests can also request assistance through their butler.

Service hours: 08:00 am - 04:00 pm (Monday to Sunday)

• Standard service: approximate delivery in 24 hours.
• Express service available with an additional charge of 30% on the service value.
• Select the type of service and confirm acceptance of the corresponding charge.
• Place garments inside the laundry bag.
• Leave the bag visible on the bed for collection.
• Remove personal items before sending your garments.
• Garments will be verified upon reception to confirm quantity and condition.
• The hotel is not responsible for items left inside garments
