Rules

FOR YOUR SAFETY AND HEALTH, AS WELL AS THAT OF OTHERS, PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RULES:

The water park hours are from 09:30 am to 05:30 pm. Night swimming is not allowed.
The hotel does not have lifeguards; the use of the water park is the user's responsibility.
The hotel is not responsible for accidents caused by unsafe acts and/or guest negligence.
The care and safety of minors is the responsibility of their parents and/or responsible adults.
Please keep your children under constant supervision.
Maximum depth 30 cm.
The use of the water park is exclusively for children.
Maximum weight 65 kg.
Human chains or unions with other users, jumping down slides, or standing on the path are not allowed.
Users must go down the slides lying on their back with arms crossed over their chest.
Diving headfirst is not allowed.
Playing or resting inside the slides is not allowed.
Standing, kneeling, changing position, or getting up inside the slides is not allowed.
Entering the pool with open wounds is prohibited.
For your safety, glass cups are not allowed in the water park.
Running or diving is not allowed.
Please take care of your belongings; the hotel is not responsible for their loss or damage.
For hygiene reasons, food and drinks are not allowed inside the water park.
For hygiene reasons, bathing in clothes is not allowed. Swimsuits without zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal decorations must be worn.
Sun exposure or swimming under the influence of alcoholic beverages and/or medications can be harmful to your health.
In case of emergency, dial “0” from the nearest phone.
Pets are not allowed inside the pools.
Out of respect for our guests, portable audio equipment is not allowed unless for personal use with headphones.
The use of waterproof diapers is mandatory for children under 4 years old.
